This Commercial License Agreement ("Agreement") is made between you (the Licensee) and Tribute Treasures Co. regarding the use of digital funeral program templates provided under the “Designer Pack” purchase.

1. 🧾 License Grant

By purchasing a Designer Pack, Tribute Treasures Co. grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive commercial-use license to use the selected templates to create finished funeral program products for your clients.

You may:

• Use the licensed templates to design custom obituaries, funeral programs, and memorial items for paying clients.
• Edit and personalize the templates in Canva to suit each client’s needs.
• Print the finished designs or send digital copies to your clients.

2. 🚫 Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, share, or redistribute the editable templates (in whole or part) in any form.
• List the templates or derivatives of the templates on online marketplaces (e.g., Etsy, Creative Market, Shopify, Teachers Pay Teachers).
• Use the templates to create your own competing template business.
• Allow other individuals, contractors, or designers to use the templates under your license (unless they are part of the same business entity and approved by Tribute Treasures Co.).

3. 👤 One License = One User or Business Entity

This license is valid for one individual or one registered business entity only. It cannot be shared across multiple users, companies, or teams. If additional designers or contractors need access, a separate license must be purchased.

4. 🖥️ Template Delivery & Format

• Templates are delivered via a PDF containing direct Canva access links.
• Canva is a third-party platform. You are responsible for maintaining your Canva account and ensuring you have the appropriate access level (free or Pro) needed to edit the templates.

5. ⏳ Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable

Due to the digital nature of the Designer Pack, no refunds or exchanges will be granted. You are responsible for selecting your templates at the time of form submission.

6. 🛡️ Intellectual Property

All designs, layouts, and artwork remain the intellectual property of Tribute Treasures Co.
You are granted usage rights — not ownership of the templates.

7. 📬 Email Consent & Communication

By submitting your template selection, you agree to be added to the Tribute Treasures Co. email list for updates, new product announcements, and exclusive offers. You may unsubscribe at any time, but this list is the primary method of communication for Designer Pack updates.

8. ⚖️ Violation of Terms

Any misuse or violation of this agreement may result in license revocation without refund and potential legal action. Tribute Treasures Co. reserves the right to refuse service or revoke a license at its sole discretion if abuse is suspected.

This license allows you to use my templates to serve your clients professionally, while protecting the work I’ve created. I appreciate your integrity in honoring the license and helping me grow a business rooted in trust and creativity.
